This Privacy Policy describes how Anesthesia Knowledge Company LLC, d/b/a PreOp Partner ("PreOp Partner," "we," "us"), handles information in connection with preoppartner.com and hub.preoppartner.com (the "Sites"). We designed the Sites to collect as little information as possible.
The short version. No accounts, no logins, no advertising trackers. The patient hub asks for nothing - not your name, not your surgery date, not any health information. The only personal information we ever hold is what you choose to send us by email.
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes (such as bot mitigation). You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the Sites' content.
We use the limited information described above solely to operate, secure, and improve the Sites, respond to inquiries, and conduct business with surgical facilities. We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.
We share information only with service providers that host and deliver the Sites and our email (currently Cloudflare and Google Workspace), under their standard terms; as required by law or legal process; or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.
If your surgical facility gave you a link to a branded patient hub, your relationship remains with your facility. We do not receive your identity, appointment details, or medical records, and your facility does not tell us who viewed the hub. Questions about your care and your medical records should go to your facility.
The Sites are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent and applicable legal requirements. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because the only personal information we hold is email correspondence, the simplest path is to email us at hello@preoppartner.com and ask; we will honor verified requests within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted on this page.
